Dunstan leads the team of BSR directors that oversees BSR's human rights, inclusive economy, women's empowerment, climate change, supply chain, and sustainability management practices. Dunstan's specialist fields are human rights due diligence in the technology sector, and sustainability reporting and disclosure. Dunstan facilitated the multistakeholder process which led to the launch of the Global Network Initiative in October 2008.
