Senior Researcher
Cambridge, MA
I'm a senior researcher at Harvard's Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society, where I direct privacy and cybersecurity related research projects. I'm a lawyer by way of background, but that's a small part of who I am and how I think.

I'm interested in everything from encryption policy, national security, foreign intelligence, and government surveillance to security and privacy engineering, de-identification, differential privacy, multi-party computation, regulation, platform governance, transparency, Carl Sagan, electronics repair, and voiding warranties.
