Kevin Erickson is director of Future of Music Coalition, a non-profit organization working to ensure that musicians have an independent voice on the policy and industry issues that impact their lives and livelihoods. Through research, advocacy and educational resources, FMC envisions a future where artists flourished and are compensated fairly for their work. He has contributed opinion articles to outlets ranging from Pitchfork to The Nation and remains active as a producer and musician, with notable credits including “Nothing Feels Natural”, the critically acclaimed 2017 LP by Washington DC’s Priests.
