Lawbitrage: developments in cross-border search engine regulation

This session will explore the ways that States are regulating/impacting search engine results outside their borders. Discussion will explore recent examples of search engine regulation in the areas of privacy/data protection, competition, and intellectual property, and focus on the remedy of forced "delisting" of search results and various legal and policy responses that have emerged in reaction.
