Net-Neutrality but for platforms? Present and Future of Net Neutrality

The same groups that have put net neutrality at risk in the United States and elsewhere are, unironically, demanding the implementation of net neutrality rules to digital platforms. But is that desirable? Is it possible? Necessary? Would that benefit consumers? Would "platform net neutrality" be the solution for regulating with digital platforms? The goal of this session is to provide some answers to this questions.
