Belen Febres-Cordero

I am a journalist and researcher. My main interests are community media, health communication, and communication for social change in Latin America. As the Rising Frames Community Lead, I am part of a team that works closely with members of communities who are more often represented by others than by themselves in media to analyze news coverage of topics relevant to them, and to collaborate in the creation of content that responds to such coverage from people’s own perspectives.
